When you do the rehabilitation training, we suggest that the men and women all choose 10lb,when you conduct basic training, we recommend that the woman choose 20lb,men use 30lb.Basic solid training, we recommend that women choose 30lb,men choose 40lb,do strength training,women choose 40lb,men choose 50lb. We also recommend that everybody do exercise within the suggested number of pounds range of the resistance bands to avoid snapping the bands and harm.
